“Difficult to get a confirmed appt. I only went here a couple times but you need to request an appt and have someone decide to accept it. I’m the kind of person that likes to have all my appts booked and confined in advance. One lash tech wasn’t overly friendly and spent a good amount of time stopping to be on her phone. Another cancelled my appt and shorted me when I tried to rebook. “Unfortunately, every time I have come to this establishment, I have been made to wait over half an hour past my appointment time. The first time wasn't a huge deal, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought of it as a one-off thing but my friend and I have been here four times now and every time we have consistently had to wait far past when our appointments should've been over. We are busy and have things to do. I can't just wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time every time I want to get a haircut. Frankly, I find this establishment and its service highly disappointing and disrespectful of our time. This has been an issue with multiple stylists on multiple occasions.”Read moreShow less
