“This is a wonderful gem hidden among Church street, a free work area if you need a moment to destimulate from the day. You can order a coffee, or purchase any of the locally made mental health products they have. Yet the real beauty of this place... is the way the workers and volunteers do genuinely care about raising mental health awareness and acceptance. Autism friendly, service animal friendly, wheelchair accessible, and customer service with a smile for a change. Will be donating some items to this location to show my own appreciation for such a good cause; a little goes a long way when times are Hard. #HardFeelingsAreHuman”Read moreShow less

“A wonderful resource for a variety of reasons. I stopped in and was met with wonderful customer service (receipt #25-1697 0ct/07/24) with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member. They had a library of self-help books which you can sign out for free (mental health help doesn't have to cost!) as well as certain unique items that help in unique ways, certain fidget toys with unique textures that help ground you, reduce stress and increase focus. They have a really fantastic emotion wheel that can help one explore their feelings, identify and express themselves to loved ones in their lives or for self reflection in your journey of growth and change to a happier you. A wonderful store, I advise dropping in. Plus they have therapists available that you can book sessions with at a reduced cost! Thank you and God Bless Hard Feelings!!”Read moreShow less

“Every city needs a Hard Feelings! I enjoyed their small and peaceful environment. It’s perfect for a browse, where I discovered loads of thoughtfully sourced materials for myself or a good mate in need of a little mental strengthening. Their kind hearted crew helped answer any questions I had brewing. With a skilfully curated collection of books, writing materials and gifts, all with the intention to educate and enlighten on matters of mental health, empathy, relaxation and mindfulness for one another, the place really worked for me. Best of all, my purchases go right back in to funding their good deeds. A low cost counselling service is also available which, although I haven’t had a go yet, I believe it to be a splendid idea. Hard Feelings is a place you’ll receive a warm welcome and genuine farewell. Definitely worth a visit!”Read moreShow less
