“Ive worked with Stephen for around 6 months for kinesiology through the acute and long term phases of a broken foot. He's been great at giving a dynamic and appropriate progression plan to work towards walking, fixing my gait, jogging and all the minor progression points between these. He switches up exercises when it gets stale, and I always feel progress with each week that goes by, without overworking myself.
