There has been an uptick in no-shows and late cancellations over the recent months. Please be mindful our therapists’ schedules. Booking an appointment and then late cancelling or no-showing without adequate notice affects others who may want to book during that time. All new assessments/ first visit appointments now require a credit card on file to book. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations; late cancellations may be subjected to 50% of the booked appointment fee rate, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointment fee rate

“I've been having some challenges with my neck, upper back and tingling hands for at least 3 years now. I've seen many different providers (physiotherapists, osteopaths, other chiropractors) and have had some short term improvements but nothing lasting. Dr. Meldrum has worked with me for the last few months and I have noticed more significant changes already. She really took time to listen to my complaints and to think about me as a whole person and what could be contributing to these challenges. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me find some possible answers to explore further. During assessment and treatment, she is very thorough and always takes time to explain what she's doing and why. She offers very helpful exercises to try if necessary and is happy to work in conjunction with other types of healthcare providers if needed. I never feel rushed in my appointments. “Susie takes time and asks questions. She doesn't just run through the motions of the flying seven and send you on your way. She also provides additional therapies like lazer and shockwave of she feels you are a good candidate. The office also has RMT on site and they will work together to schedule your appointments back to back to loosen you up with massage prior to the chiropractor treatment.
