“The chicken yaki udon was nothing like the picture. It honestly tasted like it was made by someone who had never cooked yaki udon before and was just guessing how to make it. It was pale, with no bonito flakes or pickled ginger or seaweed. Where was the soy sauce? Only salt and black paper…? Broccoli …for udon?
