“What an incredible establishment! I have had back/disc issues for a long time and the doctor here was able to diagnose and give me information I have not received in the six years I have been dealing with back/ other pain. “I have attended many physiotherapy clinics over the years, and was very impressed with the treatment and care I received at Medicine Hat Physiotherapy. Koti is well-experienced and a master at what he does. He listens, assesses thoroughly and knows where, what and how to treat. Mel, the receptionist, is a gem and a true pleasure. “This organization is second to none in client customer satisfaction, Mel being the cornerstone of diplomacy and compassion within it. Mel is textbook in compassionate care, after the fact, and attends in first line reception, which represents the organization, and is a deciding factor in a person's decision to use Medicine Hat Physio or another physio therapy service in the city.
