“Unfortunately the doctor for the paediatric walk in was fantastic but the receptionist was horrible!! I said hello and she immediately rejects me condescendingly and announces that walk in was for paediatric patients only but if she only took a look at the health card i presented her she would know i was there for my son.”

“Not really sure what the walk in clinic doc’s problem is but he’s nothing but rude and condescending. I called in and asked if I could get a refill for a prescription and was told that I could, I came in, the doctor was just super rude and condescending then told me no. I get it because it’s a controlled substance but I called beforehand and they literally agreed, and to top it off the doctor was extremely rude. not sure if he’s got an ego or what.”

“My wife was sick and our family doctor referred us to this clinic and Dr. Kachooie. Before this, friends who had experience were dissatisfied with the quality of the doctors' diagnosis, and yet, believing that maybe it was just not a good experience for them, we hesitated and wanted to give it a chance. Today (June 12), they called from the clinic for an appointment with the doctor and gave an appointment for March next year! My wife, who is in severe pain, upon hearing this long waiting time, said in surprise and shock: "March next year? Wow... that's too long." But the receptionist said in a completely unprofessional tone: "then Tell your doctor to send you to another doctor then" Well, we will definitely do exactly that and change our referral. Searching the Google, I came across the reviews of this clinic, and seeing all these negative rates, now the authenticity of all those negative reviews does not surprise me at all. This negative rate is not just for a place, but for the doctors based there. Who have no credibility. Now even if the specialty is higher-ranking.”

“We chose this clinic because my wife and I felt it would be important to have a Korean-speaking doctor, especially when planning for pregnancy and dealing with medical terms that can be difficult to fully understand in English. The clinic was newly opened and seeking patients, so my wife registered with Dr. Phee. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions for us. My wife and I struggled for a long time to conceive and eventually needed help from a fertility clinic. When we finally became pregnant with our first child, we were extremely happy but also needed proper guidance and care from our family doctor about the next steps during pregnancy. As many people know, pregnancy care often requires certain tests or steps to be done during specific weeks. However, Dr. Phee was always fully booked, and the only option we were given was to come as a walk-in. The clinic told us that if we arrived by 8:45 AM, we should be able to see our family doctor within about an hour. Instead, we waited nearly 2.5 hours. I had to take time off work, and my wife had to go to work late. When we politely explained that it was very difficult to make appointments, especially for a pregnant patient who needs timely care, Dr. Phee became visibly annoyed and repeatedly told us that she has about 1,500 patients and that we should change our family doctor. She said this multiple times during the appointment. It was very shocking and stressful to hear a doctor tell a pregnant patient to find a different family doctor during pregnancy. We were worried about missing important steps while searching for another doctor and whether that could affect our baby. Thankfully, I was able to transfer my wife to my own family doctor, who has a similar number of patients but still provides proper care and access when needed. In addition, this clinic does not have an email communication system, and the reception staff were often rude and unhelpful. Overall, our experience here was extremely disappointing, especially during such an important time in our lives.”
