“I enjoy my under-eye PRF treatments with Olivia because of her warm personality, technique, and the trust you have due to her working style. Her needle work is precise, and she readily shares her knowledge. I also prefer her blood drawing technique to other nurses - and because she takes her time, your less likely to be poked multiple times unless you have super tiny veins. When I did PRF under-eye treatment at another place in Toronto, they only did injections of the PRF within under the eye rather than multiple sites, to tackle my festoons/malar mounds from multiple angles. Since it's an expensive procedure in general, you really want someone like Olivia whose precisely working on multiple sites and also being cautious. It is, afterall, your under-eye and near your nasal area, so you just don't want to go anywhere. I used to be nervous with needles - but Olivia creates the warm environment by speaking with you, and as someone whose worked in people-first environments, I know this can be tiring. So, you'd appreciate her energy, both calming and inviting at the same time. She also informs you before every poke - which is good for people who like to feel like they're in control during a nervewracking experience - I personally like a quick "a pinch here..." so that I can anticipate any discomfort and mentally let myself know, it's cool. But even though under-eye PRF can be uncomfortable, Olivia's working style allows me to relax because I trust her. My faith in her skills comes from her working style. I can tell - she's concentrated and doing her best with intentionality over where the needle is headed, alongside the positioning the angle of it, alongside her maintaining her breathing rhythm to ensure it's accuracy - and when someone is working with that kind of focus, you want to stay still + she won't oversocialise at that point - which allows you to relax, and let her take over. Overall, I had a good experience and recommend Olivia for all services, but especially, PRF under-eye which is honestly worth it if you want to stimulate strength in the under-eye area.”

“Olivia is friendly, knowledgeable and assesses honestly with her recommendations. Although I have been doing skincare for a long time, I am relatively new at advanced treatments. “I had such an amazing experience at Medical Esthetics for my lip flip! From the moment I walked in, Parand was incredibly polite and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away.
