“Went to see Cassie today she was absolutely wonderful. I have a very physical job as well as a very bad back. She worked me over and I felt amazing after she is friendly and very understanding on things I needed done. She did exactly what I needed, and she took the time to ask me about my painful areas and issuesI have with my back. Also, it was a very clean and comfortable environment! “Very poor customer service and unfair cancellation practices. I booked this appointment because I was in severe pain in my back and shoulders. I had already rescheduled my work and was planning to leave one hour early, when my appointment was canceled last minute. This is not the first time — previously, my appointment was canceled with only 1–2 hours’ notice as well. Their own policy says clients must cancel at least 4 hours in advance or be charged a fee, yet they do not follow the same rule themselves. Despite canceling on me last minute twice, instead of apologizing, I was told I owe $53 for a no-show from a previous appointment. I had to urgently book another massage clinic, and thankfully they were able to see me within an hour. I’m glad I went elsewhere because I was in a lot of pain and needed immediate care. If clients are charged for last-minute cancellations, then the same policy should apply to the business. By their own rules, they now owe me a cancellation fee, not the other way around. The conversation ended abruptly with “have a good day,” with no explanation or accountability. Emergencies are understandable, but professionalism, fairness, and basic empathy are not optional. “Rosanna is absolutely the best at what she does! I've tried many different massage places in the past, but ever since I found her, I won’t go to anyone else. She’s incredibly professional, attentive, and dedicated to making sure her clients are comfortable. Every time I leave, I am beyond satisfied with the results.
