“Went here for braces and had a very disappointing experience overall. While working on my teeth, staff would openly discuss other clients in front of me, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The receptionist also repeatedly mixed me up with another black client, even though we looked nothing alike, had completely different names, and different skin tones. I also had ongoing issues with my plastic retainers not fitting properly. I brought this up multiple times, but only part of the retainer was replaced and they still never fit correctly. Because of this, my teeth shifted slightly since I couldn’t wear them consistently. Thankfully, I still have a permanent metal retainer helping keep my front teeth in place. Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the environment or the treatment I received and would not recommend this office. Doctor Ho himself remained professional, respectful and maintained a good attitude. Cannot say the same for the other staff members.”Read moreShow less

“I would 100% recommend this office, staff there is so welcoming and has answer to any of your questions! I just got my braces off with them after a two-year span treatment and all the staff made my experience enjoyable, and excited to go too!”

“4 Years ago I walked into the office with my teeth an absolute mess. I didn't believe they could actually make my teeth align. They sat me down and showed me the digital rendering of where my teeth sat and where they should sit after wearing braces for several years. They worked out my options and provided me the relevant options and timelines for my treatment and it began. As an adult in my 30's, they completely realigned my teeth to the correct positions and orientations although it took 3 years (plus an additional year of checkups to ensure everything stayed aligned). Throughout the process they were attentive towards any issues I had when I felt my teeth were grinding or when there was discomfort or when I felt something shift differently, and when one of my brackets fell off. They remained ready to assist me and provide support for me throughout the course of my treatment. Even as a grown-up they let me choose the colours of my chain so that was my fun. If you are considering doing it as an adult, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ho and the team at Meadowlands Orthodontics because they really are there to make sure you get the treatment you need. They have the skills and knowledge to address your concerns and to give you the available options so that you can make an informed decision, and they also follow through with post-treatment monitoring to make sure that the treatment and alignment are remain successful. “Having braces installed in my late 50's has had its own set of problems, but nothing Dr. Ho and his amazing staff haven't been able to handle. This office is a solid 10 out of 10 on the customer satisfaction scale.”

“The staff is very welcoming and you do not feel rushed. Dr Ho is very thorough and a complete perfectionist, he takes the time to do explain your treatment and answers any questions you may have. Office is clean and there is plenty of parking.”

“Meadowlands Ortho helped me with my best smile! For 28months of having braces, until my last day, they were very accommodating. They won’t finish the treatment until you you’re satisfied with it.
