“We really enjoyed spending the day being pampered. The staff were great, massages were excellent as were the facials and pedicures. It would have been nice to be notified in advance that the massage therapist was not registered as one so we could not use that for our insurance ($200 for a massage is expensive without insurance). The only thing I did not appreciate is when we paid. The person at the til probably asked us 3 or 4 times if we wanted to leave a tip. Paying $600 in services each, I understand why, but once would have been enough.”Read moreShow less

“At 55, I’ve had a TON of massages but NONE have been better than the deep tissue massage I received from Leo today! Do yourselves a favour and book him! The hot tub was a perfect way to end the session (I just wish they’d serve drinks there too). We also stopped in at the Italian restaurant located in the hotel and spa while we were there and it was excellent! We’ll be back, in fact, it’s the only place we’ll stay in Banff from here on out. “I just had the most amazing massage of my life. If you want a deep tissue with firm pressure I HIGHLY recommend Leo!! The pools are as well glorious with views of the mountains!”

“Highly recommend this place! We booked a couples massage and it was fantastic. You can come before or after your treatment to enjoy the pool and hot tubs at the resort, we spent time in the main hot tub but enjoyed the privacy of the one within the spa!”

“I absolutely loved my time at the spa! After a long day of hiking and being out in the cold it was the perfect way to unwind and relax! Can not recommend it enough! “I’ve been wanting to come back to Meadow Spa for a while and finally did today. Experience was great as always. All the staff was amazing. The view is always so nice and relaxing from the hot tub. Had my massage appointment with Chris. They were amazing and made sure I was comfortable and did a great job. Relaxing massage and relaxing time at the spa in general. “My husband and I had massages here. We booked quite last minute so could not get the couples package, but they accommodated us by giving us back to back massages! Front desk was very responsive. In terms of the service: It was my first hot stone massage and Lauren was great- checking in to make sure I was comfortable and making adjustments based on my preferences; very nice and professional. “Such a beautiful spa! There are a couple different hot tubs all outside, a fire pit, sauna, indoor pool and the staff are all so friendly! The robes given were so comfortable too! It was an amazing and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend!”
