“Bien que les démarches aient été complexes avec l'arrivée de la pandémie, ça n'explique pas comment le dossier a été négligé. Documents égarés, nombreux oublis, aucun suivi, aucun échange téléphonique, ça été un vrai calvaire. Certaines erreurs nous appartiennent, mais clairement le dossier a été "botché". Un vrai cauchemar!”
