“I have been a patient of McMaster Family Practice for over 25 years and I have always received nothing but the very best care. Doctors, Residents and Nurse Practitioners always spend the time listening and discussing health issues and providing competent advice. If they find anything of concern in my Lab results, they immediately call me to discuss the next steps. I feel greatly cared for and have never had any problem with any front line administrative staff. I am disturbed and appalled to read the negative comments here. “Very frustrated with Healthcare specialists. Not one doctor I’ve met will go out on limb and tell me if I’m going to live or die! The very least they could do is have the decency to return my calls!”
