“I’ve been coming to McKenzie Wellness for years, and I honestly can’t say good enough things. Whether it’s a last minute appointment or my regular monthly visit they always make the whole process easy and stress free. Dr. Ron is the best, he listens carefully, explains everything, and truly cares about how I’m doing. The energy in the clinic is so positive, and it’s clear that they really cares about their patients. Ursula at the front desk is amazing. She’s always welcoming, keeps things running smoothly, and somehow finds a way to fit me in even on short notice. I also really enjoy our chats, it’s those small, personal touches that make this place feel so warm and comfortable. If you’re looking for a great chiropractor in Calgary I can’t recommend this place enough. You’ll be well taken care of.”

“Dr. Ron is a fabulous practitioner. However, when I raised concerns about being charged a rate I hadn't been previously, I was treated as though I was trying to scam the clinic by his wife Ursula who operates the front end. The rates were also raised $12/visit without email notification. When I raised this concern, I was gaslight about how she couldn't possibly notify all patients and no one else shared concern about the price increase. When I tried to book an appointment in the online system a few weeks later my ability to do so was blocked. This is poor business practice. It is disappointing they are treating someone who has been loyal to this clinic for several years this way. People need to be able to raise concerns over business practice without being blocked. Despite wanting to give it another go, I will be forced to look elsewhere. I hope that Ursula will rethink her strategy at the front, so Dr. Ron doesn't lose more patients. As an edit, I received “art therapy” twice before. I had no idea you charged for each individual thing that occurs in the five minutes we spend with the doctor. The onus is on you to inform patients and be aware of what is happening in their appointments- I don’t run your clinic. Again you’re painting it as though I was trying to scam you and you’re being gracious when in fact it’s your bad communication that caused the problem. As for our last conversation Ursula, I said I was going to have to give it some consideration. I am posting the review because I think it’s important for people to understand your business practice. You could have at any point picked up the phone and tried to smooth things over but that isn’t the case.”

“David Rose is so kind. The treatment that he provided was helpful and his caring and knowledgeable attitude made the experience better than I expected. He helped with my neck pain in one treatment and I'm going to continue to see him for some other pain issues. The office has pretty good hours too! I was able to book all of my appointments in the evening. Ursula at the front was also great. Friendly and happy. Overall wonderful experience.”
