“My appointments were consistently doubled booked and was greeted with verbally abusive words. Felt as though that men issues were considered to be deserved and should accept derogatory terms you'd here hear outside a highschool. Ended up needing to report the facility and individual. Turns out College of Alberta Psychologist keeps track of incidents (which allowed for an investigation to occur) and a resolution was found. “I had a difficult experience with a therapist here. I came in during a vulnerable time, seeking support for trauma and postpartum challenges, but unfortunately, I personally left feeling worse after sessions. I did not feel heard or validated, which made my struggles even harder. I cannot recommend this practice for trauma or postpartum care.”Read moreShow less

“The therapist I saw was definitely worth the wait to see. She was very authentic and relatable, and helped me immensely. I recommend everyone go see her or someone at Transcend. The rates were consistent with the provincial recommended rate, but there was a bit of a wait to get in to see my particular therapist, and they don’t do direct billing, but her services were reimbursed through my insurance.”Read moreShow less
