“Be careful if you refer someone to the school. They offer a $1,000 incentive, but then they do everything they can to avoid giving it to you. They make up all sorts of excuses: the check was sent to the wrong address, the CEO has to cancel it, and then the CEO is absent from the college for months, even though he's the only one who can cancel checks and issue new ones. In short, be careful; it's best not to refer anyone. They're not reliable!”Read moreShow less

“I had a wonderful experience visiting MCG College. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and positive energy. “Not very professional. First day of school was given the wrong address, was unable to call to confirm. The other student also showed up to the wrong place. But it IS the address the coordinator gave us. Now we are over an hour late. And have had no contact with the instructor or coordinator. The janitor at the place we werent supposed to be knew the instructor so she called her and got us the information. At what point would you call this professional? Are you guys going to reimburse each hour your college cant maintain professionalism? This isnt a simple mistake this is incompetence. When someone pays for a service or education from a supposed reputable college we expect to get reputable professionalism. Not whatever this is. This was at the cold lake site. If you are looking to become a massage therapist maybe look elsewhere for somewhere more reputable not in a small town that will lie and say something is better than it is to help their cousin get business.”Read moreShow less

“My experience with the Sonography admissions process at MCG College was highly disappointing and felt financially exploitative. I had already completed Anatomy and Physiology during my Medical Laboratory Assistant diploma, yet I was required to repeat the same courses. Despite clearly meeting the academic background, I was repeatedly asked to enroll in additional courses and pay more fees. In total, I spent over $2,000. Admission Advisor Nina constantly contacted me regarding payments and discouraged me from withdrawing, repeatedly assuring me that I was a strong candidate with a high chance of acceptance. However, after all fees were paid and courses were completed, communication stopped completely. Two months after my interview, I received a brief email stating I was not a successful candidate — with no prior updates and no feedback. Being required to repeat courses I had already completed and only receiving a rejection after significant financial investment raises serious concerns about transparency and the integrity of the admissions process.”Read moreShow less
