“I usually book my massages with Megan Blair and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. I booked a 60-minute massage and specifically requested focus on my back, neck, shoulders, and feet. However, only my upper body was done and my feet were completely missed. When I mentioned it, I was told it was forgotten, but no solution or adjustment was offered. After paying $95, I left feeling unsatisfied. “Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I was told to come early to fill out forms but I had to wait in the cold corridor because nobody showed up until 2 minutes before my appointment. The receptionist was dismissive and rude. No apology but an excuse and no “thank you” or any courtesy displayed when my appointment was finished either. And despite my appointment beginning late, it ended as scheduled. They do not offer card payments, yet I was not made aware of this until after the appointment was finished. The treatment room was freezing, and nothing was done when I let the RMT know I was cold. There was loud chatter outside the treatment room the entire appointment.
