“I was informed by the front desk that the services were covered by Canada Life. However, when I submitted my claim, it was denied because the provider is not recognized as a qualified provider under my insurance plan. I relied on the information provided by the clinic before proceeding with the service. Unfortunately, this resulted in my claim being rejected. “Very experienced RMT, I strained myself at work but now my back feels 100% better. The head massage and hand and foot rub honestly could’ve been the whole thing and it would’ve been worth it. Friendly service and nice clean rooms too. 10/10 would recommend.”
