“I had a facial at Mayfair with Sheetal and she was amazing. From a skin consultation to understand the needs of my skin better, she was willing to listen and help troubleshoot problem areas (ie, dry, flaky skin). Sheetal was approachable and personable. Mayfair didn't feel 'upsell-y' like other spas I've been to, just genuine knowledgable advice and services. I would highly recommend Sheetal and Mayfair for anyone looking for personal care services. “I had a really good experience at this spa today. I had booked a European facial but upon seeing my face (it had scabbed after a bad hydra facial) my aesthetician said she didn’t want to do any deep cleaning so she did an “express” facial that focused on soothing and hydrating my skin. She was very knowledgeable and confident about what needed to be done to soothe my skin. The facial was so soothing, it was exactly what I needed. I left feeling like my skin healed. And she spent like 90 minutes doing this “express” facial and still only charged me $82 (which is the 30 minute express facial cost). This spa focuses on quality experiences rather than billing. “This was my first facial and it was a wonderful experience. Sheetal was very kind and patient with my questions. She informed me throughout my appointment the purpose of each step and what to expect. I left the appointment feeling refreshed and with skin that looked very supple. I also really appreciate that she did not try to upsell me and in fact she informed me that the package I booked was probably a bit too much for my first time and with my skin type.
