“I had a really good experience at this clinic. I got my scaling done last week and came back today for a tooth restoration. It was my first time getting a tooth repaired, so I was a little nervous. Dr. Guneet and Janaki were very friendly and patient. They explained everything clearly before starting and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They also took the time to check what my insurance would cover and made sure to explain any costs. Before proceeding with any treatment, they always asked for my permission, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I'm happy with the treatment I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.”Read moreShow less

“I visited this clinic in February because I had sensitivity in my two front teeth. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they performed a very painful cleaning. The hygienist used excessive pressure, and I kept swallowing the dirty water because the suction wasn't working properly. When I mentioned it, I was simply told, "It's just water." After that, the dentist didn't explain the cause of my sensitivity. Instead, he filled four teeth, that had absolutely nothing to do with the sensitivity, and even said he would fill more at my next visit. They used up my entire $2,000 insurance coverage in one appointment, fixing teeth that weren't causing any issues while leaving the ones that actually needed treatment. After those fillings, all four treated teeth started hurting. I went back because I have a two-year-old daughter and was in constant pain. A female dentist performed a bite adjustment and ended up damaging another tooth by shaving it down so much that it became sharp like a knife. I returned again with the same pain, and another dentist did another bite adjustment and sent me home. On my third visit, I was told that one of the four filled teeth might need a root canal. When I asked which one, the dentist said, "You tell me." I was shocked. They had treated four teeth, but couldn't tell me which one was causing the problem and expected me to decide. The same day, my father passed away. I informed the clinic that I wouldn't be able to come because of my loss. It's now been three months, and I haven't received a single follow-up call or even a message expressing condolences. My experience was that they exhausted my insurance quickly, treated teeth that didn't need treatment, left the actual problem unresolved, and I was left with more pain than when I first walked in. “Dr. Singh and Dental Assistant’s Janaki and Kayenat are absolutely the best! They are highly professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely friendly. My wife had an extraction appointment and was naturally a bit nervous, but they made her feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. “I have been going to this clinic for years. Roopali kohli is the best hygienist in Mississauga and I have been to so many hygienists. she is very caring and makes sure you are comfortable throughout every process. Definitely recommend!”

“I had the most amazing and comfortable service at this dental clinic. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Singh and let me start off by saying he is genuinely one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever come across. The procedure went so smoothly and I did not feel any pain at all whatsoever during AND even a week after my surgery. During the procedure he was very gentle with the extraction and kept asking me if I am doing okay and to let him know if I am feeling any pain. Throughout the whole process I asked many many questions because I was very scared and he took time to carefully acknowledge and address each question. A week later I went back just for a check and again he provided the best and nicest service possible. I would 100% recommend this dental office and especially if you can book an appointment with Dr Singh. I also want to acknowledge Zainabs service as well.
