“Easy to find. Parking lot is helpful. Administrator was very kind and helpful. Podiatrist was so kind and engaging. Hr solved a 20 year foot issue. Provided a further foot resource that will be helpful in the year to come. Taught me how to solve a current foot pain. No public washroom, so you have to go to another store close by in same building to access washroom. Not a big deal. Also, I had a couple questions to ask my podiatrist about our appt, that he didn't think to tell me and I didn't think to ask. I could easily email him and I would hear back swiftly, as response time is very quick, I think within 15 min so far. All in all, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great visit with Dr. Matthews for my heel pain. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain what was causing the discomfort. After examining my feet, he recommended switching to New Balance sneakers because they better match the shape and support needs of my feet. I appreciated that he offered a practical solution instead of rushing through the appointment. He also advised me to book a follow-up appointment if the pain continues, which made me feel supported and well cared for.
