“After booking two separate massage appointments, and having both confirmed via email. Both appointments were canceled hours (the first just one hour before, the second on the morning of) without any explanation. I called to confirm them, I called to ask about why they were canceled. No answer and no call back, no explanation to either email I sent. Personally, I have been dealing with severe back pain, and I have decided this provider is not serious and cannot be trusted or relied on for what they advertise. In my opinion, best to avoid this provider if you need a massage, as they are unreliable and will waste your time with no explanation or reason.”
