“My husband and I had a great first experience at the Scarborough location. As soon as you walk in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. It is very rare to get someone on the phone these days, but this clinic answered their phones every time I called. The admin team answered all of my questions and helped us navigate through their booking and billing system. We both had Ada as our RMT, she was very professional. She did start off softly then when requested to increase pressure, she did. We have already booked a second appointment! Keep up the good work and professionalism. The therapist named Noreal greeted me warmly and took the time to discuss my areas of tension and preferences for the massage.
