“I am truly baffled that this place has such a high rating. I went for my massage 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork etc, but Wendy was 30 minutes late getting to me, but stuff happens so I let it go. She gave me my paperwork and said 'usually we do this together but just fill this out'. I booked a 75 minute massage- now 45 mins, I told her I still had to go at my scheduled out time and she gave me attitude. Just wild. She forgot to turn the lights down and turn on the music until about 10 minutes before my massage was over. It felt like a cafeteria room. When I asked for more pressure, she didn't apply more. I've been for many massages and never experienced anything like this. I felt rushed, undervalued and like an inconvenience. I left with no relief to my pain. The only plus side was they have a beautiful clinic dog who was very sweet.”Read moreShow less

“Chad works in a lovely office that is clean, quiet and orderly. He is always on time. He has large, strong, sensitive hands and works with both strength and sensitivity to find and release tight muscle fibres. I highly recommend him.”

“I have attended massage therapy with Chad for over 5 years. his experience and knowledge are unquestionable, always kind, attentive and respectful. He has rehabilitated me from various injuries that I have suffered over the years in record time! such as poor shoulder rotation, tennis elbow, lower back injury, lumbar, cervical and hip pain. He has a very efficient spinal decompression technique that makes you feel like new and pain free! Before each session, he talks with me to find out in which area the therapy is going to be focus , his assessment is always accurate. Regularly attendance to therapy with Chad , has being improved my quality of life, I’m feeling healthier, more active, painless and my muscular system is more dynamic and at the same time I feel less stressed and therefore I reduced my intake medication for. “I was experiencing some fairly acute shoulder pain. I went to physio and chiro, they gave me exercises and adjustments and offered different diagnoses. Nothing made a real difference until I went to a massage therapy session with Cheri Moore at Massage Therapy Group. After one session there was a huge improvement. I have been going to Cheri for several years and always find her incredibly professional, thorough and effective. She is also witty and kind which is a lovely bonus. On another occasion, she basically diagnosed my mother-in-law's hip arthritis when surgeons had overlooked it. Because the pain was in her knee, they just focussed on her knee. Cheri assessed her whole body and suggested her hip might be the real issue, with the pain referring to her knee. Bingo. Hip replacement 3 months later and she is a new woman. “I had a massage with Krista. Absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. Very strong hands if you want that sort of massage but she was also great at gauging where I needed it a little softer as well. We spent a few minutes talking about some of my injuries I had sustained in my past and then she went to work. I did not even realise how soar and tight I was from some of those injuries.
