“Sheila's place is beautiful, relaxing and super clean! We got an hour and a half massage and my bf loved every minute of his deep tissue massage. Sheila was super quick at accommodating our appointment schedule! We will definitely be back 😁”

“Sheila provides an incredible experience. She is detail oriented and keeps notes about her clients, building on each successive session to meet client goals and improve functionality. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not only did I see her monthly during my pregnancy but she did wonders for my postpartum aches and pains. “Sheila is a hidden gem. I seriously dont know how i didnt hear about her before. Im so glad i fell on her page scrolling through instagram one day. I had my first lymphatic draining post op and i was on cloud 9. I felt so relaxed, i almost fell asleep! She does magic with her hands. She is super sweet and understanding. “Went in for a lymphatic drainage and after the experience understood why Sheila is always booked up!! First of all, I was a bit late and she was very accommodating and understanding. She still made it work for me and explained the massage in detail and gave me instructions on what to do after. “Sheila is a sweetheart and gives the best massages. I love the fact that she offers a variety of services. The lymphatic massage is out of this world and the prenatal ones were spectacular. She cares abt her clients and it shows in her work ethic. She’s always looking to offer more services to her clients.
