“One handed massage while texting. Both times I went. I let it slide the first time understanding family emergencies but even the second time I was getting more and more furious by the second. Only 2 of us in the room you have my full attention. It is clearly obvious when you are mindlessly running one hand over the same spot over and over while you are preoccupied. I did not want to single a person out but at the same time dont want to judge this whole buisness for one therapist but I was not able to book with anyone else. Zero communication. At close to 100$ /hour be professional keep your clients returning. I was looking forward to a relaxing massage as one does and counting down the days. Very dissatisfied and unless you have already found a massage therapist you like at this place I do not recommend becoming a new client with the only therapist they allow you to book with. She is killing this buisness. I apologize if feelings were hurt. You had one job. If you are not prepared to do it. Re book your clients for a later date when you can put your phone down. That will be all.”
