“Martin is an amazing Osteopath. I went for pain in my neck and shoulder and he did an amazing job is fixing the stiffness and pain. He guides you completely on what to do. Takes more than a session but in the end it definitely helped.”

“Rude and worst response ever, firstly all slots get available for request booking in their online system, I booked the slot request, the massage therapist called me next morning and talked so rudly.. i booked with time , he said he is not free that time and can't see the booked time , I asked for next availability as their online booking system does not specify available slot.. response I received was so rude -he said" I don't have time to talk and u can send your request online and he can see if he is free, he talked soo rudly and hung up the call... and then called me back and said nasty words.. totally disappointed I booked a visit for my husband and not for myself. I wish you could answer properly rather than just focusing on replying for reviews .. totally disappointed I provided all answers of your questions. BTW therapist called Me as I mentioned , I didn't call. Also I already stated I requested to book for my husband. No matter for whom you re booking..important message is he should not be rude and I only asked when can next booking available so I can book accordingly, but instead of replying he said he has no time to discuss and hung up! Now u tell me what should I understand from this response? He could simply guide.. BTW I can see very well from posted reviews , many ppl has reported same complaint , so rather than finding out who booked whose massage appointment, you should think of better advancement and reply being sent to your customers , hoping this will help!!! I am not going to reply this review anymore so please stop criticizing by saying this is legal dept and all.. if u want to get better then do otherwise anyways u lost one new client”

“Called to find out his schedule. He picked up and asked (rather rudely) who I was. I asked if he was the osteopath and he said yes, but he was busy. I explained that I wasn't looking for an appointment today and wanted to know his schedule. He basically hung up on me. I was in no way rude, but he was short from the get go. If you are busy, don't pick up the phone. I was actually looking to leave a message. I have no ulterior motive to damage his reputation. I found him on Google. Based on his phone manner, I do not recommend this person. I hope he reads this, so he knows that his business acumen is lacking. He probably won't reply.”

“Super nice guy. Came in for an injured shoulder with super stiff muscles and came out feeling better and more relaxed, but this is something that take more than one session to fix. The building looks dodgy, but the massage was great and he made sure we could bill directly to my insurance first, which was awesome.”
