“Sudesh is great, he was able to instantly understand and fix my shoulder and hip issues. The custom mix of deep relaxation and sports massage is awesome and incredibly effective. He shared some great stretches and was always eager to explain muscles he was working on. He takes the time needed to thoroughly find and address every single problem area. “Sudesh arrived on time and set up was minimal. He was well equipped and prepared. He asked questions during the session to make sure I was comfortable and that he was applying the right amount of pressure. Sudesh concentrated on my area of concern and I felt great afterwards.
