“I recently had a great experience at Massage Medic! Dr. Valentin was professional, knowledgeable, and provided an excellent massage therapy treatment. He also gave me very helpful at-home care instructions! Tracy at the front desk was friendly and made the check-in and check-out process quick and seamless. They direct bill which is convenient. “Terrible! Definitely got ripped off! Worst service ever! I felt like all she did was rub oil on my body absolutely zero pressure she also sitting down during the whole thing constantly banging her rolling chair into everything in that tiny room. when I told her not to do upper thigh area, SHE CONTINUED!!!, I asked if she could just massage below my knee and my feet. Then when she went to my other leg she continued to ONLY RUB MY THIGHS!! The only time she used pressure was when she was pressing on my BONES and NOT THE MUSCLES!!! when i already asked her not too! She never touched my ankles or feet, the bed had a metal bar that was poking my head and she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Honestly so disappointed i doubt she is even a RMT. “I had an amazing experience at Massage Medic in Vaughan, Ontario, and I have to especially recognize the exceptional customer service provided by the receptionist, Tracy. From the moment I walked through the door, Tracy greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding etiquette. In today’s world, it’s rare to encounter someone who carries themselves with such grace, patience, and kindness. She was incredibly courteous, attentive, well-spoken, and truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a client. Her positive energy immediately created a calm and comfortable atmosphere. She handled everything efficiently while still making the interaction feel personal and sincere. Tracy was honestly an absolute joy to deal with and set the tone for the entire experience. My massage therapist, Stefan Huynh, was also excellent — highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the session. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided an outstanding treatment that left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better physically. The clinic itself was clean, professional, and very well organized. Between the exceptional front desk experience and the quality treatment, this was easily one of the best wellness experiences I’ve had. “I went to Massage Medic for the first time today and had such an amazing experience that I had to share. From the start, Nav was very kind and professional over the phone. He was organized, welcoming and has a calm reassuring energy to him. When I arrived, the clinic itself was clean, and had a really relaxing atmosphere — you can feel good energy as soon as you walk in. Niccy was my massage therapist, and I can confidently say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She is extremely skilled. She knew exactly where to focus and got into all the right areas. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about her profession. I left feeling completely relieved, and impressed with massage medic . “I had a 1.5-hour massage session with Ms. Nuan Jiao Liu, and overall it was a good experience. She applied strong, focused pressure, which really helped since my body was super exhausted and sore. One small note for improvement: it would feel more comfortable if the massage followed a more structured flow by body sections — for example, starting from the top (both sides), then moving to the middle, and finishing with the lower body. At one point, she moved from my right arm straight to my right leg, then to my left leg, without finishing my left arm, which was actually one of the areas that needed more attention. That said, I still enjoyed the session and would give her 4 stars. Also, a big shoutout to the cleanliness of the place. The towels smelled fresh, and the massage bed was warm and comfortable — that’s always the first thing I notice when visiting a massage spot. They definitely deserve 5 stars for that.
