They listen to my concerns and adjust as needed. The front staff are awesome, particularly Teanne who assisted me most recently!”

“I have came here a few times now. I usually go to Leticia for a relaxation massage who is lovely! She askes a couple questions and then during the massage she only asks about the pressure. It is very peaceful and quiet. She also is great at working on problems areas, for example my neck, she does a wonderful job getting knots out and reliving pain.”

“I was disappointed with the service from this receptionist Josephine. In my experience, she was not very professional or helpful when booking appointments. On multiple occasions, I requested an appointment with a specific therapist, but the booking was made with someone else instead. The receptionist who works in the afternoon is always friendly and accommodating, but my interactions with this receptionist have been quite different. I found her attitude unfriendly and felt that my preferences as a client were not taken seriously. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the customer service experience”
