Both my wife and i have been going to Massage Heights for over 10 years and for the most part have had good massage therapists and a decent and flexible approach to membership. However, I will no longer patronize this business due to their manager Sarah not honoring a banked credit from my most recent membership. As I just retired, I have stopped paying into the membership program and had one last credit, which apparently due to their newly enforced policy expired 6 weeks ago. So as a newly retired person, I was charged their full price of $161 for an hour long (well tbh a 50 minute) massage. Totally unacceptable in my view and I told them that. Sarah met that with "well that's the policy and you I can resend you the terms and conditions" -- though she did say if I signed up again for a membership and they'd reinstate the credit. Wow, heavy handed and manipulative attempt at customer loyalty -- not many businesses I've been to that willingly torch a 10 year loyal relationship for one banked credit. Do better Massage Heights - I'm sure your ownership would rather you have some flexibility for loyalty. I will find another massage therapy clinic that works with their clients and mutually respects a relationship.

Started late and end up early. Didn’t feel any relief or relaxation after the massage.

I’ve generally had good experiences with the massage therapists - they’re skilled, and the receptionist is always friendly. However, I’ve noticed that sessions sometimes start late or end early, so the actual treatment time feels closer to 45 minutes instead of the full 60 booked. Additionally, the experience is often dampened at checkout by being repeatedly asked about membership packages, even after I’ve clearly declined during previous visits. I’d appreciate a bit less pressure around that to end the experience on a positive note.

I believe in giving businesses second chances. However, in this case, I should have canceled my membership after the first serious issue I encountered. What I experienced reflects a lack of transparency in both your system and your staff’s communication, and it is unacceptable. To be absolutely clear: I was told that before I could use my existing balance/credit, I first had to be charged three months of membership (November, December, and January). This meant I was required to pay approximately $300 first just to access $100 that I had already paid. I was not informed in advance that I would be charged as a walk-in, nor that my existing credit could not be applied to that session. The online booking system provided no warning, did not ask about credits, and did not disclose that my balance would not be used. I only found out after the session was completed that I was being charged in full. As a result: I paid out of pocket for a session while still having unused credit on my account, That credit was never applied, and In practical terms, I was charged for two sessions while receiving only one. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I was effectively punished for being outside the country for three months. I was told I had to pay three months upfront before I could use money that already belonged to me — money that I ultimately was not even allowed to use. Who would reasonably accept paying $300 first just to use $100, especially when that $100 was never applied? Most importantly, none of this was disclosed beforehand. Had I been told in advance that I would be charged as a walk-in, that my credit could not be used, or that I would have to pay three months before accessing my balance, I would never have proceeded with the appointment. What is most concerning is that the process appears structured primarily to collect payment regardless of whether a client already has credit, rather than to clearly inform customers of charges before services are provided. From a customer standpoint, this is misleading and unacceptable. Because of the lack of transparency, improper handling of my credit, and the way this matter was addressed by staff, I am formally escalating this issue to the franchise level. I will also be bringing this forward to the appropriate regulatory body/college for review of these billing and disclosure practices.

Requires credit card to be stored on file even as a walk in. With data breaches these days, I’d prefer to pay cash or transaction without saving my data. Also, my partner went and previously got a Christmas promotional rate. Paid on the rate previously. This time, she goes and they tell her, no you have to buy packs of 3 to get this deal even though she got the deal previously and expected to get it again as this was confirmed to her to still be active. They wait until after her massage to tell her this only to charge her the full rate. I’ve heard nothing but negative comments about this place from other industry competitors. All of what they say seems to line up with money hungry, greasy sales tactics to suck a dollar from you. I would highly suggest finding alternative care

I’ve been going here for about 8 years, and while their massage therapist turnover is high (most of which is just due to them switching to other locations), I’ve always had great experiences here. What has drawn me to leave a review is their excellent customer service. When you are extremely busy, knowing that they will literally text you dates and times that are available is SO HELPFUL!! I am often way too busy to remember to book with them, but their reminders make it quick and easy to book yourself in for some self care. They are incredibly friendly over the phone, over text and in person too. Their customer service strategy is impressive and well done, and keeps me coming back.

Great time here having a massage with Shayla. She knows a lot about the sensitive parts and adjusts accordingly and helps prepare breathing techniques to ensure a deeper sense of relaxation. They were helpful in telling me the payment process and even informed me of their membership that I ended up getting. Thanks so much for the experience!

Im pleased with the majority of my visits. Kane is fantastic and Sarah the receptionist is super friendly! Some of the therapists are hit and miss but perfection is not expected. Cost is a but much since the contract is a bit strenuous with little to no wiggle room. I wish they offered to bill insurance, that would be a great improvement. But the hours are very accommodating which I greatly appreciate.

Good location, some good therapists first one i tried was kind of awkward second one Jorge is amazing. Prices are not super cheap unless you get a membership which I dont want to be locked into one but it works for some people. Overall good value good service and value for money. First visit where they fill out forms for you was uncomfortable and felt invasive I get why they need medical questions but let people fill out their own forms it can be sensitive for some people and plus maybe you dont want whole waiting room hearing your personal information.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely exceptional service at Massage Heights! I’ve been a regular client here for a while now, and every visit just keeps getting better. I want to give a special shoutout to Wilfredo, my amazing massage therapist — he has truly gifted hands! Every session with him leaves me feeling completely relaxed, renewed, and pain-free. He is attentive, skilled, and genuinely cares about your comfort and wellness. I always walk out feeling like a brand-new person. Also, I can’t forget to mention the two lovely receptionists at the front desk Elisse and Jacky! They’re always warm, welcoming, and professional. They remember my name, my preferences, and always make me feel like a VIP the moment I walk in. Their positive energy sets the perfect tone for the whole experience. Massage Heights has become my little sanctuary — thanks to the incredible team. Highly, highly recommended! 💆‍♀️✨
