“The therapists are great but manager here has a nasty personality issue. Go to the downtown location. The front desk is a lot nicer there and doesn't gossip or talk down about people in front of guests.”

“Some good massage therapists but the administrative team at the front desk brings the whole place down. Rude, antagonizing and confrontational. I’d go back, but only if they improve on customer service.”

“- Be careful with this place. No customer service. - Super pushy sales!!! - No information provided when I asked about their memberships. I called another location to get this information. - They charged my credit card 1200$ for 12 massages without my knowledge. I just double checked with them if the info from other locations is valid at their location and it seems that that gives them the go ahead signal. No receipt or Email notification that they charged you. I talked to a manager to be able to remove the charges from my credit card. - I sent an email to their head quarters trying to make sure I get my money back and I did not receive an answer.”Read moreShow less

“My family has been going to Massage Heights for almost a decade. Both my husband and I see Tikky, who is great, especially for chronic pain due to injuries. I especially appreciate that she offers deep tissue, active release, and cupping treatments. Aromatherapy tops each session for a re-energizing monthly ritual that keeps us healthy and refreshed. Our kids also get monthly massages, and we love being able to drop them off for an hour and pick them up relaxed. If you have extended health care that covers massages, get a membership and add a regular massage to your health rituals.”Read moreShow less
