“If you want to go to this place I’m telling you better Flush it down the toilet. I’m very disappointed with this place. I wouldn’t even give them one star… As soon as you walk in the place it smells bad and it’s really dime. The therapist clearly was new to this job, absolutely zero communication with her patients. She didn’t ask how I like the pressure or if I was okay with hot towels. She never asked me if I’m okay during the session and when she finished massaging my right arm she never tucked it under the sheet properly, she just left it half hanging. She was in such a hurry to finish the session and get her other client.. The room didn’t smell fresh. The sheets on the massage bed smelt like sweat. The massage was a total disaster, I felt like the therapist only applied oil on my body, plus got a bruise on my right upper arm. An absolute nightmare! “Seen RMT Winn for two visits and both visits were amazing. Had specific concerns with tenderness/pain in certain joints related to prior sports injuries. I felt he address the affected areas very well with just the right amount of pressure for challenging tense areas balanced with therapeutic relief. “Yesterday, we had our first-ever deep tissue massage with Nima, RMT, and we’re so glad we chose this place. Nima had excellent control over her pressure and her techniques, and our muscles truly felt relaxed and relieved afterward. Since it was our first deep tissue massage, she kept the pressure at a medium-to-deep level, which felt absolutely perfect for us. She is very knowledgeable and paid close attention to our areas of concern. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and welcoming. “Such an amazing experience! Cinthia at the front desk was incredible on every level. It really adds to the whole experience when you're treated well on the way in and on the way out. Took care of my bill with direct billing of my insurance and was courteous about everything. Great attitude and very helpful and knowledgeable. The RMT I was scheduled with was Victoria. I've had dozens and dozens of massages and she was by far the very best I have ever had. Full head to toe massage. Very professional and knowledgeable. I actually feel 100% relaxed and much healthier after this experience. I'm not saying it lightly. Great experience by far.
