“Our initial experience was positive. Approximately one month later, we scheduled a follow-up appointment. However, we were compelled to cancel the appointment less than six hours prior due to my girlfriend contracting the flu. Despite her explanation that she wished to avoid potentially infecting others, including staff, the representative on the phone insisted on a $60 per-person cancellation fee for future appointments. “Went for a couple massage. The place is very clean. The massage in itself was great (especially the head/shoulder combo). I had a massage with Natalia and she was very kind. “I was having severe back spasms and needed an appointment asap. I called and John was extremely empathetic and understanding, I was very happy that he was able to give me an appointment the same day. Mary was my massage Therapist who took amazing care of me. Don’t be fooled by her size, she can work out any knots you may have…and she did just that giving extra attention to my problem areas. Loved the fact it’s close to home. “Alaina attended me for deep tissue massage. Very courteous and she knows her gig so well. I felt great after the massage. I am so happy I found a good place near my house. Will go back for sure. Insurance claim was super easy as well. I am with blue cross and it was processed within 24hours. Very clean place, nothing fancy. Receptionist was very polite and helpful.
