“This place cancelled my husband’s and my massage appointments just two to three hours before, two weeks in a row. I am extremely dissatisfied — they clearly do not value our time or money. This is the second time we’ve lost out because of their cancellations. If the situation were reversed, not only would they be upset, but they would also charge you in full. “The one message I did get was incredible would rate 5* but I have booked 3 appointments in the last 2 weeks and 2 got canceled. I wouldn’t care that much if my appointment today wasn’t canceled 15 minutes before my appointment. Extremely frustrated I have to get time off work for this and I drive to the place was in the parking lot when I get the call to tell me the appointment is canceled. Don’t get me wrong I understand people get sick but come on 15 minutes before my appointment which we are supposed to be there 15 minutes early for. Like if I canceled my appointment today not even 15 minutes before hand but this morning I would still be charged for the message.”Read moreShow less

“It was the customer service I received from the initial booking of the appointment to the end the massage and send off. Therapist was amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and she did an amazing workout on my tense muscles! Highly recommend!”

“Levi was a phenomenal massage therapist. He was prompt, respectful and focused on the treatment that I needed and asked for. “The initial visit was great. The therapist explained everything to me. Laid out a plan for future appointments. I booked my next two appointments for the following two Saturdays. Half an hour before my second appointment they called to cancel. The next Saturday I was on the parking lit, five minutes before my appointment time when they called to cancel.
