Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  We require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment.

• Arriving late shortens the visitwhich will conclude at the scheduled time

  Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will still be charged for the full session which will conclude at the scheduled time.

• Fee for cancelling late

  Clients who cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed 100% of the price of the scheduled service.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  Clients who cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed 100% of the price of the scheduled service.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  (Please have this intake filled out prior to your scheduled appt.) Upon arrival, we'll review your assessment and discuss your session goals.

On the day

• Arrive early5-10 minutes before your appointment

  Arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment provides time to use the restroom, discuss your session goals, and get comfortable on the massage table.

• Parent or guardian for minors

  Clients under the age of 18 must fill out a minor consent form completed by their parent or guardian.
