“I have been visiting Rhea for about a year and a half now. It has taken me this long to write a review because Rhea is so unique, so caring, so creative, so AWESOME, I didn't know where to begin! This will be a long one but if you're looking for a new massage therapist/healer/cheer leader/etc, I 110% reccomend Rhea. I used to suffer from severe allergies, and because of my old job and previous injuries, I had all over body aches, and back spasms so bad I couldn't breathe. 48 hours after my first appointment I had stopped sneezing and the congestion was gone. I asked her what she did to me, she replied "Thats all you! I just got things moving!" As someone who used to live on allergy meds, this changed my life. Within 4 months I was bending and moving in ways I hadn't in years. Working in a warehouse lifilting 55lb bags repeatedly had worn me out at age 30. The spasms had stopped, the muscles that were supposed to do the work were activated, I got stronger. She taught me stretches to help strengthen muscle groups and ease pain. She even demonstrated them to me and made sure I had proper form while doing them. Rhea is always trying new things, the latest being Cold Laser Therapy. When she told me how effective it had been on herself and shared some success stories, I had to try it. I have had head aches and migraines for the past 3-4 years at least 4 days a week. Sometimes it was a sunglasses at night kind of migraine, where the slightest light would make me nauseous. I figured trying the laser therapy wouldn't hurt - it is a pad a little smaller than a tea towel, that looks like a bunch of tiny LED lights stuck together. She laid it on the back of my neck for a few minutes during one of my appointments. No heat, no pain. Nearly a month later I realized.. I hadn't had a head ache since my last treatment, and now two months later I am still pain free! Rhea is the most genuine, caring, motivated person I know. Give her a try, I promise you won't be disappointed 😊”
