Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Credit card to book

  I also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.

• Arriving late shortens the visit10 minutes

  If you arrive more than 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends on time, and I won't run late with my next client.

• Fee for cancelling late

  If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be asked to pay the cancellation fee, which will be 50% of the intended service.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that.

• Payment before the visit

  When it comes to paying for your session, you can prepay when booking your appointment online.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete the first-time client intake form (if not already done online), use the restroom, and address any intake questions either of us may have.

Health and safety

• Reschedule if you are unwell

  If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session.

On the day
