Massage therapy treatments are available by appointment only, Monday to Thursday weekly with some occasional weekend appointments. Please note that mobile appointments are only available to returning clients at this time, and current mobile clients can book a massage by reaching out to Janai directly via text or email. New clients are welcome to book in at the Silverado location. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that Massage by Janai will be closed from Tuesday, August 4th to Monday August 10th for holidays. Availability will be limited until August 16th due to softball playoff schedule.

Unfortunately, the appointment was canceled prior to the scheduled time, with no provided explanation or justification for the cancellation. This lack of communication and the absence of a valid reason for the cancellation have left me dissatisfied with the service. As a customer, I value transparency and professionalism. It is important that service providers communicate clearly and promptly in case of any changes or cancellations, especially when no prior notice or explanation is given. “I’ve been seeing Janai for massage for 4.5 years. She was previously working for a chain massage retreat, where I was a member. That particular retreat seemed to go through therapists quite quickly, and it was really hard finding someone who was good, only to have them leave not long after. I saw Janai for the first time, and afterwards begged her to never leave, because she was absolutely phenomenal. She kept her word, and I continued seeing her for the next 4 years, when she let me know she was leaving to start her own massage business. At first I was dismayed as I had moved out of Calgary to Airdrie, until she said she would be massaging out of her home, which turns out is right down the street from me!
