“I visited the Coquitlam branch for a student massage with Melissa, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the session, I noticed she had noticeable bad breath and was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax. She was not wearing a mask, and during the massage, I could feel air from her breathing blowing onto my face, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. A massage should be a calming and professional experience, but these issues made it difficult for me to feel at ease and enjoy the treatment. I hope greater attention is given to hygiene, professionalism, and client comfort in the future”

“It feels like a fast-food joint — there's no service at the front desk to speak of. The skills of the massage therapists also vary. Today's session had no pressure at all, and even when I asked her to go a bit harder midway, nothing changed. Felt like I completely wasted an hour. Won't be coming back, even though it's really close to my place.”

“Showed up for my massage today at 4:45 and i wasn’t in their calendar. The receptionist says that sometimes online booking doesn’t work. No “I’m sorry for the confusion, can I book you another time” just “ you need to make certain you get the confirmation” and it’s not their fault. I get it, should have realized I didn’t receive the confirmation but zero customer service”

“I visit Massage Addicts NW Edmonton and highly recommend Yuee. She is always very professional and pleasant and applies the right levels of pressure. Yuee also provides advice on stretching to help with mobility and where to focus time on the next appointment. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. In my opinion the best therapist at this location and my regular go to.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 13/10 Stars — Teresa at Massage Addict PoCo Gave Us the Comfort & Care We Needed Most 💛 My fiancé and I visited Massage Addict Port Coquitlam before our trip to Hawaii, and we are so grateful we did. Pauline works a desk job and suffers from chronic pain, and Teresa immediately identified the patterns causing her tension and nerve blockage. Her patience, confidence, and years of experience (since 2008), she explained everything clearly and gave us hope that it could be managed ! Teresa combined acupuncture with a healing Chinese massage technique I had never seen before — she is very strong and very caring! I asked to sit in and learn, so I could help my fiancé at home — and I’ll never forget that experience, such incredible gift I learned so much. Moreover, Theresa recommended cupping to release more toxins and said she would give us exercises we could practice at home to manage the symptoms in between our sessions. The whole experience was calming and professional: peaceful music, dim lighting, and even our favorite number, Room number 7. More than anything, Theresa made us feel exactly what we needed in this season — cared for, encouraged and reassured that healing is possible. We left with the feeling that we came to the right place, and that with more sessions, my fiancé’s pain can be managed.
