“The RMT addressed my particular issue and I felt great improvement in the affected areas the next day. Billing and booking was incredibly smooth, and I was even given the lower first-visit rate, despite it not being my first time with Massage Addict, but since it'd been so long since I last booked. I'll very much be back, and with the same RMT.”

“My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived at the front desk at 2:55 PM. I was then told there had been a change to their system and that I needed to refill my customer profile and health history forms, even though I’ve been a client since last year and they already had this information. What was especially frustrating is that it took them 14 minutes just to give me the iPad to start filling out the forms. I asked if my session would be extended to make up for the delay, since none of this was my fault and there was no prior notice to arrive earlier. The receptionist simply said no, because they close at 4:00 PM. As a result, I only received a 45-minute massage instead of the full 60 minutes I paid for. I find this very unfair there was no communication ahead of time about the new system or the need to arrive earlier, and no compensation offered for the lost time caused entirely by their internal changes. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’ve visited other massage clinics in Moncton that handle customer service much better. I highly would not recommend this place.”

Personally, I’ve had better experiences with places like Namaste Spa, where communication and customer service were much clearer.”

“I had a disappointing experience with Massage Addict Moncton regarding a missed appointment. I was scheduled for a first-time visit on April 21 at 12:30 PM, but I did not receive any reminder via text or email beforehand. Despite this, I was informed that I may be charged the full fee for missing the appointment due to their 24-hour cancellation policy. While I understand policies are important, it feels unreasonable to enforce a full charge when no reminder was provided—especially for a first-time client. A simple notification could have prevented this situation entirely. I reached out to explain and requested consideration, but the experience has left me frustrated and concerned about how clients are treated.”

“I’ve been seeing the same massage therapist for the last few months and going weekly. I have been incorporating cupping as well into my therapies as I go to the gym a lot. I recently started seeing a chiropractor because I have issues with my hips and glutes, and even after one adjustment I’m feeling wonderful. I will continue to go back and see him - all of their services offered are great!”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at Massage Addict. I booked and paid for a 1-hour massage at 10:00 AM. I wasn’t called back until 10:01, and the massage did not actually begin until 10:12. Despite starting late, the session ended at 10:57, meaning I received significantly less than the hour I paid for. No explanation, apology, or adjustment was offered. What made this experience even worse was the cupping add-on, which I paid extra for. Proper cupping therapy involves stationary cups placed on the body for a set period of time. Instead, the therapist did not massage me with her hands at all during this portion and simply dragged the cup around my body. This is not proper cupping therapy and is not what was advertised or paid for. It felt lazy, rushed, and completely ineffective. Overall, the massage itself was poor quality, rushed, and unprofessional. The combination of shortened time, incorrect technique, and lack of care made this a complete waste of money. My appointment was with Selena, and based on this experience, I would not book with her again. When you pay for a one-hour massage and specialized add-ons, you expect to receive the full service done correctly. That did not happen here. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.”
