“I visited Massage Addict on Friday, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. She kept me company while I was waiting and made me feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire session. The treatment was excellent, and I felt truly cared for. After my appointment, I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was also very friendly and welcoming. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I highly recommend Massage Addict to anyone looking for a great massage experience. “Amazing, the flow for the message felt like such a whole refreshing. I loved how although there was a focus, there was flow throughout so that one didn’t feel stiff. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and the music soothing. I worked with Danielle and she listened to my concerns and hit the spot. “Go here for the plot - not pain relief or relaxation. Listen I went here for a deep tissue massage as I have a little 2 month old who is in a very cuddly contact naps only kinda phase. What I got was not deep tissue, but it was equal parts hilarious and strange. My massage therapist told me that her 14yr old doesn’t talk to her, exclaimed a few times she was hot then cold because she is 50 and thinks it’s menopause, and then explained that she “looks like shit” because she is tired. This all mid massage by the way. You know how you expect a soft soothing voice, minimal talking during a massage? Not here, expect a gruff “is that good?”, some oversharing and a heating pad flopped (no not placed) flopped on your back, followed by about a gallon of oil reapplied several times due to the callouses on your masseuse’s hands. I might have provided some notes if I was not fearful of getting shanked. I’d be angry if it weren’t for the fact I went home and laughed so hard with my husband, as he had been encouraging me to go get a massage for about a month. Anyways they dont direct bill blue cross (heads up windsor regional employees) so wait a month or two until it’s ready. Front staff was very polite.”Read moreShow less

“I had such a great experience at Massage Addict! I went in for a prenatal massage and left feeling incredibly relaxed and in so much less pain. Danielle was amazing- so accommodating and truly gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and really tailored everything to what I needed.
