“I’ve been through different chiro clinic but Dr Lucas is the best for he really pays attention to details and always goes extra miles on doing his treatment. “I recently visited this location with my husband and we both got a massage by the same person. We were both severely disappointed in our experience. The location is great, the ambiance and everything is so relaxing but the massage was mediocre at absolute best. The receptionist was lovely and tried her best to do direct billing but something didnt work on my insurance side which not at all her fault. First we filled out the online forms they sent and it specifically asked if we wanted a "silent massage" we both agreed that that was exactly what we wanted because this was our first ever professional massage. Our massage therapist talked the ENTIRE massage, through both our appointments. We also didn't expect the massage to be SO low pressure, it felt like she was simply rubbing lotion into our backs...Every time she got to my neck and applied a bit more pressure I thought "oh finally! The real massage is beginning" but nope, that never happened. I left the massage feeling frustrated and not at all relaxed....boy were we disappointed. I wish that it was standard practice to share on the phone when we book what the different therapists specialize in and to mention "this therapist ONLY does low pressure massages" or something like that. I thought that the standard massage would still have SOME pressure to it. We didn't want to book deep tissue because as I previously said, this was our first experience and we didn't know what to expect. “I’ve had an amazing experience with Carson. I’ve seen him a few times now, and I leave each session feeling completely refreshed. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, focuses on all of my problem areas, and applies effective pressure rather than just a superficial massage.
