“I work in construction and have never been for a deep tissue massage. Nana W. was fantastic! She left me feeling like a new person and is highly recommended. Will be coming back because of her excellent treatment! If any trade workers with benefits are on the fence, just go get one! “My massage therapist wore latex gloves which felt insane and no one gave me a heads up until I felt this weird sticky latex feeling on my back and asked if he was wearing latex gloves. “Absolutely unacceptable service. I was charged for a service I NEVER booked, and my credit card was charged without any clarification, consent, email, or receipt. I’ve been a loyal client for over two years and this is how long-term customers are treated? Unreal. To make it worse, the charge was for a therapist I have never seen or booked with. I have only ever seen one therapist, consistently. You would think that after years of records and history, someone would take five minutes to actually look into this before charging a client but no. There was zero communication, zero transparency, and zero accountability. Just a charge slapped onto my card like it’s no big deal. The admin, Ashneel, provided poor reasoning, dismissive responses, and overall terrible customer service. No effort to resolve the issue properly, no ownership, and no respect for a loyal client. If this is how they handle billing errors and client trust, I’d strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are far better clinics that don’t randomly charge your credit card and then shrug about it. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone”Read moreShow less

“I just finished a massage therapy session at this studio and it was an amazing experience. Perry was extremely professional and truly a massage specialist. I came in with back pain, and by the end of the session, all my pain was completely gone. He really takes his time, works through every part of the body with care, and makes you feel genuinely taken care of as a client. You never feel rushed, and the attention to detail is impressive. By the end of the massage, you feel more than satisfied relaxed, relieved, and refreshed. “My partner & I have both been here a number of times for massages - in both of our experiences, the massages have been pretty good, but the front desk staff have been awful to deal with. Every interaction has been painful and they’ve just been exceptionally rude. Doesn’t really make for a relaxing experience!
