“I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Daniel G at Massage Addict in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and I can't recommend him enough. I was visiting from British Columbia and had been dealing with quite a bit of pain, so I was really hoping to find some relief. As an RMT myself, I can honestly say Daniel provided an exceptional treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address exactly what my body needed. His technique was thoughtful, effective, and made a huge difference—I left feeling significantly better. It's not always easy to find a therapist you trust, especially when you're away from home, but Daniel exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for the care I received. “My massage was scheduled with Jessica, and she was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the experience. I was feeling quite sore before the session, but afterward I felt so relaxed and sleepy—I could have fallen asleep immediately if I had a bed! She clearly knows what she’s doing and worked on exactly the right spots. I’ve had massages in India as well, and her technique was just as good. I would definitely give her 5 ⭐ and will be booking with her again. Highly recommended!”

“The only upside was I was able to get in on short notice, but I know why that is now. My masseuse rushed through the massage with too much oil and did not address the knot I needed worked on. Part way through the massage she began coughing and said a client had gotten her sick a few weeks ago, but she tried to reassure me she was not contagious at this point. A day later I have a runny nose and sore throat.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My massage appointment with Sheena Spencer was cancelled at the last minute, and unfortunately, this is not the first time—it has happened to me 3–4 times, always with Massage Addict. I had specifically planned this session for weekend relaxation, and having it cancelled so suddenly is both frustrating and inconvenient. Repeated last-minute cancellations show a lack of professionalism and consideration for clients’ time. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in the reliability of your services and would not feel comfortable recommending Massage Addict to others.”

“Well I found the receptionist a bit unfriendly but nothing too bad. And I find it takes them too long to let us get undressed and for them to wash their hands. It was over 5 minutes when it took me 30 seconds to get on the table. I kept looking at the clock I believe it was 10 minutes I asked for my back and right foot to be done mainly. I used their online form to point that out and told the massager lady in person and I did not get my foot done and there was 5 minutes still left. My appointment was 1230-1:30 60 minutes and she walked out without doing my right foot at exactly 1:25 She was great very impressed with her. But ya that's what happened. I would have given 10 if my specific request was done And when I left there was no one at front desk area to see me off or say thanks for doing business with us. I guess I would say on here that I would have given 5 stars if my specific request was done even 1 minute of my requested foot ( previously broke my right foot) was done in the last 5 minutes of the 60 minutes I’m starting to think this “ wash their hands” while we get situated on the table is on purpose to kill time And the front desk lady shirt brown hair and glasses needs to learn to be more upbeat positive energy her face looks like she’s cranky I know some people are not the friendliest but customers expect this and deserve this. I don’t understand why they make you wait so long while they’re supposedly washing their hands and you lay there looking at the clock and it’s just wrong to ignore a specific request and I think it’s wrong to end 5 minutes early 12:30-125 it’s should be 130 I gave 4 stars because she was very nice and very good at her job but I’m thinking this is standard protocol and is at the owners direction not the RMT maybe they’re just doing what they’re told and the owner who I know is going to make a comment on here is the one who instructs them to kill time and end early. I bet I’m correct”
