“I had a deep tissue massage done by Dale R and it was unlike any treatment I have ever had. I left feeling so rejuvenated and refreshed. I haven’t been to a place like this in years and I felt like a new man walking out. He took care of me like nobody else. Massage and stretches, and at home recommendations…he was the real deal. Highly recommend Dale. I will be going back for sure”

“Massage and Chayse were wonderful. Reception was not so great. I was called and asked if I could come early. I mentioned that I was in Toronto traffic but that I would do my absolute best to get there as quickly as possible. Said that it would be probably close to 6:45. I then made arrangements to have the client I was driving home, picked up, so that I could be at the massage location for 6:20 p.m. when I arrived they informed me that my spot had been filled and that I now had to wait until 7:00. The receptionist blamed me for that, even though I was asked to come in early and I did not receive a phone call to say that the spot had been filled and that I no longer needed to rush to get there. Basic customer service is that you apologize for the inconvenience and try to make things better for the customer, not make them feel bad for bending over backwards to try to accommodate a request that was made. Thankfully the massage I received afterwards was wonderful and helped make the evening better”
