“I had a 60-minute relaxation massage with Heather S., and she was absolutely wonderful. She is kind, professional, and I'm convinced her hands are made of magic! I've been dealing with pain in my left shoulder fora few months, and after my massage, the pain was gone and I felt so relaxed. Heather is truly a 10/10, and I would highly recommend booking with her. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the massage room had a ticking clock. I understand that Heather needed a way to keep track of the time, the constant ticking was a bit distracting and took away from the overall experience. When you're paying for a massage, a quiet and peaceful environment is an important part of the service. I hope the owners take this feedback into consideration and replace the ticking clocks in the treatment rooms. It would make a significant difference in creating the calming atmosphere that most clients expect and appreciate during a massage. “I had a deep tissue massage with Heather Shirran. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and friendly. She gave good recommendations and only spoke when necessary. My cubicle was clean and warm. Although I could hear people passing by the door and talking it was not disturbing to my treatment. I would recommend you ask for Heather when booking. “I have been seeing Heather S for 5 years now, and she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve seen. She is able to go quite deep into the muscle while still feeling relaxing. She is always giving full effort and attention into the massage. Heather is very talented her craft. I highly recommend seeing her. The booking process was simple. “I tried 2 different therapists here for deep tissue and both were very dissapointing disappointing. The first was unprofessional talking about how she almost failed some of her massage tests in school and that she was happy she only needed half the hours because they cut requirements during covid... it showed. Really not something you should be saying while you are giving a service. My second massage I tried today was poor all around. For my hour long booking, I was waiting in the lobby and then waiting for my RMT ready on the table for 15 minutes of the total hour session. Next, when I asked for different back and hip focus areas, they were not even addressed at all. Most of the appointment was spent gently rubbing tiger balm on my arms and legs or me laying on my back and her weirdly shaking my arms and legs. She also was so chatty which was not bad, but she talked with her hands the whole time and she spent more of the appointment beside the table talking than actually massaging.”Read moreShow less

“I had a terrible massage experience. I booked for a deep tissue massage and it was not even close to what it should have been. The lady would just grab a body part and just shake it. She also started cracking my wrists which was very painful and should not have done that to begin with. In my notes I listed that I like having a quiet session and she kept talking. She even stopped whatever it was she was doing to give me a lesson on something I I didn't ask about or care for.
