“I always book my massage treatments with Icy, and for good reason. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and she can always explain what she’s doing and why, which makes the whole experience feel very professional. She uses a variety of techniques to relieve muscle tension and pain and they truly make a difference. She also listens carefully to feedback, so don’t hesitate to communicate what you need or where you’re feeling discomfort. Another big plus is that she’s very strong, so pressure is never an issue if you prefer deeper work. I leave feeling noticeably better every time. “I had a massage with Icy..I really tried to like the massage but after numerous attempts of telling her to put more pressure, it never really got there and it was disappointing. She also started the massage 15 mins later than scheduled and finished within 50 minutes. Never coming here again. “I booked online for my 1hr appointment… I arrived, greeted by the “RMT” went into the room got ready… she came in tried to do another type of massage service like cupping, I said no, she got upset and the massage got weird! Asked for deep tissue and got something else! Thank god that my insurance covers massages, cause I’ll never go back to that location again totally a waste of time and money!”Read moreShow less

“I visited Massage Addict’s chiropractic therapist, Dr. Shin, a few weeks ago for chiropractic treatment, and had a great experience! The clinic is pretty new, easy to find, and super clean with modern rooms and equipment. (Tip: use the Silver Star Blvd entrance for easier parking at the plaza!) During my first visit, Dr. Shin did a thorough assessment and quickly identified a few areas to work on. On my second visit, he focused on those issues using a mix of massage, shockwave, and chiropractic techniques. The pressure was well managed — even though there were a few cracking sounds during adjustments, it wasn’t painful at all. I actually felt my body relax and release right after the session. “I have visited Massage Addict Scarborough McNicoll & Midland twice and had wonderful experiences both times. My first visit was for acupuncture therapy, and the acupuncturist was able to speak my native language. This made communication easier and more comfortable, and she was very attentive and professional throughout the session. My second visit was for a massage that included reflexology therapy. The massage therapist was skilled and made sure I felt relaxed and cared for. Both therapists were excellent and clearly passionate about their work. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, greeting clients with a smile that puts you at ease. The clinic itself is clean, neat, and calming - a perfect environment for wellness and relaxation. “I've been having some neck and upper-back pain lately, and I'm glad I went to Massage Addict at McNicoll & Midland. Vanessa at the front desk warmly greeted me and helped me check in, and kindly clarified about my questions. I got a massage from Winnie, who was very attentive and made sure I received a great massage, which helped me feel a lot better, all in a friendly and very clean environment.
