“I booked massage, and it was cancelled an hour before the scheduled appointment due to emergency with the assigned therapist. Later, I received a call from them to make up for my cancellation and offered me the day and time which suited me with the same therapist. A day before I was told it is cancelled again. And they would like to offer me another time. And I had to deny. Because what if I book again and they cancel on you, I believe there should be a policy like theirs of 24hr cancellation, but when they cancel on you, the person should be compensated too!”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend this place! The manager Jam is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, providing clear and helpful information. The space smells amazing and is kept very clean, which makes the experience even more relaxing. Edelynn, one of the RMTs, is very skilled and gives excellent massages.
