“I had one of the worst experiences at this establishment. I was waiting a for my massage to begin, the time was going on then the receptionist (very nice and friendly) working communicated that my RMT was watching the FIFA match. His lack of time management was due to watching TV? How is that appropriate? Not to mention the massage was cut short when I had assumed he would make up for the lost time. If I am paying for a service I expect every minute of said service. To make matters much worse the massage was very poor. It was lots of just rubbing and playing the hair versus massaging the body and muscles. I left in more pain and regret even coming in. I learned my lesson and will never book the same day! “We have visited many massage clinics and spas and have therefore tried many RMTs, but Jackie is, without question, the best RMT we have ever had. Jackie was the second RMT I tried at Massage Addict. Since then, I have consistently requested her as my RMT. Eventually, she also became my partner's favorite RMT. In fact, she is the main reason we decided to subscribe to a Massage Addict membership. Jackie is highly skilled, attentive, and consistent. She is also very friendly while remaining extremely professional. She takes the time to understand our concerns and always delivers treatments that leave us feeling significantly better. Her expertise, technique, and genuine care for her clients are what keep us coming back month after month. Since both of us prefer Jackie as our RMT, we are happy to book back-to-back appointments, even if it means one of us has to wait an hour. “I had a wonderful experience at Massage Addict today. Ada was my massage therapist, and she was absolutely amazing. She consistently checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was comfortable and that everything felt okay. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was. The whole experience was relaxing and professional, and I left feeling refreshed and so much better. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! “Jackie is the best. She is exceptional. She truly takes pride in her work, she goes above and beyond. I am so thankful that I found her. I have been dealing with a thrown out back for five weeks, her massages were the only thing that helped. Our most recent massage was on Thursday evening and my back is finally fully healed. At the beginning of our first session, she did a very quick interview to make sure she understood my needs accurately. She then made her suggestions based on her education and professional knowledge. Throughout the massage she informed me of what she was going to do and explained everything in detail. Which I truly appreciate. Not only did I feel fully informed and cared for, but I left with more knowledge and insight. Her approach is treatment focused, rather than just massage.
